研究室の水田から収穫したお米の試食会を開催しました。ガス炊飯器で3升のご飯を炊き、農場で収穫した白菜の味噌汁とみんなで持ち寄ったおかずで一緒に食べました。みんな満腹満足です。
We held a tasting party for rice harvested from the laboratory's paddy field. We cooked three sho (approximately 4.5 kg) of rice in a gas rice cooker and enjoyed it together with miso soup made from Chinese cabbage harvested at the farm and side dishes everyone brought. Everyone was full and satisfied.
