田畑輪換圃場の土壌中のメタン酸化菌群集およびアンモニア酸化菌群集の動態を解析した論文がSoil Science and Plant Nutrition誌にオンラインで公開されました。


また、京都大のグループと一緒に行った樹木の幹から発生するメタンおよびメタン生成古細菌を高さ別に調べた論文がNew Phytologist誌にオンラインで公開されました。


A paper analyzing the dynamics of methane-oxidizing and ammonia-oxidizing microbial communities in a paddy-upland rotation field soil has been published online in Soil Science and Plant Nutrition.


In addition, a paper investigating methane emission from and methanogenic archaea in tree trunks by height, conducted with a group from Kyoto University, was published online in New Phytologist.
