田植え Rice planting

雨が上がった午後から研究室水田で田植えが行われました。元気に育つことを願っています。

Rice seedlings (Oryza sativa L. cv. Aichinokaori) were transplanted to our lab's paddy field in the afternoon after the rain. We hope they will grow well.

土壌微生物学会 JSSM2024

6月15-16日に日本土壌微生物学会2024年度大会が名古屋大学で開催されました。当研究室からは和田君、後藤さん、中田君の3名がポスター発表し、活発な議論が行われました。また、中山君と飯田さん、小林さんもアルバイトとして運営を助けてくれました。

The 2024 annual meeting of Japanese Society of Soil Microbiology was held at Nagoya University on June 15 and 16. Three members of our laboratory, Mr Wada, Ms Goto and Mr Nakata, presented posters and had lively discussions. Mr Nakayama, Ms Iida, and Ms Kobayashi also helped with the organization of the event.

農場作業 Farm work

4月20日に東郷フィールドの長期肥料連用圃場にて、トウモロコシの苗を定植しました。収穫は7月の予定です。

Maize seedlings were planted in the long-term fertilizer experimental field in the Togo university farm on April 20. Harvest is planned in July.
